The Train-the-Trainer Certification is designed for experienced leaders who are approved to train and certify Drip-Free Marriage facilitators.
This pathway goes beyond facilitation. Trainers learn how to teach the system, evaluate facilitator readiness, lead role plays, use certification rubrics, protect brand standards, and ensure that the Drip-Free Marriage framework is taught with consistency and excellence.
This is not an open enrollment program. Trainer Certification is extended by approval to leaders who have demonstrated the character, competence, and commitment required to represent the system at the highest level.

A High Standard by Design
The Trainer Certification process is rigorous because the stakes are high. Every facilitator a trainer certifies will work directly with couples in real relationships.
Instructor Materials
Trainers receive access to the full instructor guide, certification rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and role-play scenarios used in facilitator training.
Evaluation Competency
Trainers are trained to assess facilitator readiness using structured rubrics — not personal opinion — ensuring consistent, fair, and defensible certification decisions.
Brand Alignment
Trainers are held to the highest standard of brand representation. Any deviation from approved materials or methods is grounds for review of trainer status.
Ongoing Accountability
Trainer Certification is not permanent by default. Trainers are subject to periodic review to ensure continued alignment with the Drip-Free Marriage mission and standards.
Brand Protection
The System Is Protected at Every Level
The Drip-Free Marriage name, framework, materials, and methodology are protected intellectual property. Certified trainers are authorized to use approved materials within the scope of their certification only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any Drip-Free Marriage content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of certification status.
The Path to Trainer Certification
Complete Facilitator Certification
Trainer candidates must first hold active Facilitator Certification and have demonstrated consistent excellence in guiding couples.
Submit a Trainer Application
Interested leaders submit a formal application outlining their experience, ministry context, and reason for pursuing the Trainer pathway.
Approval Review
Applications are reviewed for alignment with the Drip-Free Marriage mission, character standards, and readiness for the Trainer role.
Complete Trainer Training
Approved candidates complete the full Train-the-Trainer program, including instructor materials, evaluation training, and certification practice.
Receive Trainer Certification
Upon successful completion, candidates receive official Drip-Free Marriage Trainer Certification and access to instructor-level resources.
